your golden bungee cord stretches to fit

Eyes still closed
Translucent pink (no skin yet)

So a part of her
So surrounded by her
Listening to her rhythms
Tied to her with a cord.
Dependent, see?

Was learning how to walk
She tottered four paces and fell into granny’s arms.

imagine you had a prophetic word from someone saying,
